How to make spaghetti ala mikelo


Ingredients:

Spaghetti Sauce 1kg
spaghetting Sauce 200g
Spaghetti (royal) 1kg
Cheese Big
Nestlea Cream
Butter
White Onion/Ordinary Onion
Garlic
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 grams ground pork/beef
1/4 Virginia Hotdog sliced in cubes
2 tbsp toyo
Oil
Salt and sugar (2 tbsp

Spaghetti:

boil water then put a the 2 tbsp oil and salts then add spaghetti. After 10 minutes dry the spaghetti and set aside.

Hotdog:

Fry the hotdog

Pasta:

add oil to hot pan (slow heat) add onion then garlic. Don't let the onion and garlic be burn. Add you ground pork after 3 or 5 minutes still slow heat add toyo or black soy sauce and add slow 4 tsbp butter and salt and peper. After 1 minutes or so add 1/8 cheese. Still low heat, close the pan and wait for 5 minutes so that meat will absorb the cheese. Then add spaghetti sauce, in medium heat, stir it and if you can see it's boiling add 1/4 cheese and 1/4 of nestlea cream and hotdog. Add a little salt sugar and pepper to taste.

Ready to serve.
